How Great Thou Art

Christmas will be upon us in exactly a fortnight. How have all the Yews been keeping themselves? I pray that you will be kept safe during this recessionary period that is expected to last for at least a year. Some of you may not feel it while others may be affected somewhat. Whatever the case, I believe we should rest our future and our needs with our God who is our Protector and Provider. As long as we are not greedy or expect to live our lavish lifestyle (if we do have it) we shall prevail through any hard times.

Someone shared this lovely hymn ‘How Great Thou Art’ sung by Anne Murray. Please click HERE to listen it on the web.

This Christmas, as we acclaim the the wonder of the birth of Jesus Christ, we also acclaim the greatness of our God. Merry Christmas, and Peace be upon all of you.

Catching Up with The Songs

That’s how I call the family of Nieng Song. After visiting mother and praying for her speedy recovery we went to the Villa Seafood Restaurant when we had sweet sour crabs, steamed fish, or chien and mollusk for dinner. Here’s some pix for your viewing, and one of the fullmoon over Sitiawan skies. BTW the little girl in pink is Laura, the youngest daughter of Nieng Song and Chui Lian. The other girl in the pix is Melody, the second daughter and the boy is Isaac, the only son. Eldest daughter Radiance is not with the family.

Laura celebrates her 10th birthday on 27th August. She said she is having a birthday party on 23rd. Laura, here’s wishing you a lovely birthday. May your days be ever so sweet, and your years ever so joyful, and your life ever so fruitful in the Lord.
